Seafood Boil Edition

Oceanic complexity. Butter-forward. A coastal evening in a jar.

The Seafood Boil Edition was developed during what our estate team describes as “a very good summer weekend and a very consequential Sunday morning.”

It opens with an immediate maritime character - something between low tide and a very enthusiastic shrimp - and develops into a warmer, butter-forward mid-palate that is, by any objective measure, more complex than it has any right to be.

We served this to a tasting panel of four. Two of them walked out. The other two requested a second jar. We consider both reactions a success.
