You choose the dinner. We handle the aftermath. Personalized to the meal.

The Custom Harvest is our most personal offering. You select the dinner. We produce the batch. The resulting jar is labeled with your chosen meal, a harvest date, and tasting notes written specifically for the origin you requested.

Popular requests include: Five Guys Double Cheeseburger, Chipotle Burrito Bowl (extra beans, naturally), Taco Bell at 11pm, Garlic Shrimp Pasta, and what one customer described only as “a mistake at an all-you-can-eat.” We honored it.

Every Custom Harvest includes a personalized Certificate of Authenticity naming the specific meal and, if the customer wishes, a dedicatee. We have produced custom harvests for birthdays, anniversaries, breakups, and at least one retirement party. We did not ask questions. We sealed the jar.
